Hotel staff were exceptional. Entry and atrium are really lovely. We stayed on first floor, which was quiet, especially with rooms above. Only noise was from trains at wee hours in morning. The bed was very comfy and pillows too.

Don’t let the location or the outside of the building throw you off. It’s really a great facility once your parking can go inside.

The staff was very friendly from the receptionist that checked me in the evening to the one who checked me out in the morning. It is charming and peaceful which is exactly what I needed.

The ease of check in, very spacious rooms, privacy, the atrium was nice. Location to everything. The breakfast was great.

This is a very decent hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.. I loved they're breakfast...my only problem was it was so big and you can get lost in a minute.. But other than that I would most definitely stay again

The area of the hotel, which made it convenient to many gas/food places. During the stay, Louisiana and many other areas lost power, so we checked out a day early. The hotel was generous to give me and others who chose to leave a refund. If it wasn't for the loss of power, we would have enjoyed another night at the pool.

The hotel has a elegant red carpet upon entering the lobby. I loved it. The decor that is in the middle of the hotel was super cute it included a breakfast in the morning. They have a relaxing waterfall area, bar (was not open during our stay), a spacious seating area with marble floors. Staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were really nice size with a bar and extra sink. My favorite part was the SUPER comfortable bed😍. Will most definitely be returning when I'm in the area. Oh and the computer room was great for me to catch up on some work while enjoying my time there. Very good stay.

We did not get out of room before breakfast was over at 9 am. Lighted parking area right in front.
